4 Cutting-Edge Ukrainian Designers to Support in these tough times
I remember hearing feeble background sounds from my TV while I was engaged in a deep conversation about clay pots with my mother on the 24th of February when suddenly those feeble sounds turned into aggressive newsflashes that were blasting on every news channel on the face of the planet. The news flashes elucidated that Russia has declared a war on Ukraine, to be honest, I could feel my heart sink and my legs shake as I knew at that exact moment that this would not end well. For the past month, the world has experienced horrors as thousands of civilians continue to die on a daily basis. The suffering and extreme crisis in Ukraine continues to prevail as Russian troops wage war on the country. Unless you are living under a rock, we are sure you are aware of the atrocities happening in Ukraine, an unprovoked brazen strike by a cynical power. You will be surprised to know that around 2 million civilians have fled Ukraine, making it the largest refugee crisis in Europe since WW2.
As the invasion elevates, you may wonder how you can contribute your bit to support Ukrainian artists in tough times. We understand that not everyone would have the financial capabilities to donate money, but the least we can do is support Ukrainian artists in the best way possible. Being a design-centric company, we understand the struggles of designers and thereby want to pay our homage to these 4 wonderful designers. #OurCommitmenttoUkraine
